Post-Publication Discussion
Journal Integration of Management Studies (JIMS) encourages constructive scholarly discussion of published research. Post-publication discussion supports scientific transparency, critical evaluation, and the continuous development of management knowledge.
1. Scope of Discussion
Readers, researchers, and authors may raise questions, provide scholarly comments, or offer evidence-based critiques concerning articles published in JIMS.
Discussions may address research methods, theoretical interpretations, analytical procedures, findings, and implications, provided that comments are relevant, respectful, and supported by appropriate evidence.
2. Submission of Comments
Post-publication comments or responses may be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief through the journal's official contact channels.
Submissions should identify the article concerned, clearly describe the issue, and provide supporting references or evidence where appropriate.
3. Editorial Assessment
The editorial team will assess the relevance, scholarly substance, and appropriateness of submitted comments.
Where necessary, the original authors may be invited to respond. The journal may consider publishing scholarly correspondence or other appropriate responses following editorial assessment.
4. Corrections and Research Integrity
Discussions that identify substantive errors may lead to further editorial evaluation and, when warranted, a formal correction or other post-publication notice.
Allegations involving plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or other research misconduct will be handled under the journal's Allegations of Research Misconduct Policy.
5. Scholarly Conduct
JIMS does not accept defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or unsupported personal accusations. Editorial consideration is based on scholarly relevance, evidence, and constructive academic engagement.
