Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy
Journal Integration of Management Studies (JIMS) is committed to maintaining the long-term accessibility, integrity, and discoverability of its published scholarly content.
1. Digital Archiving
Published articles, accompanying files, and bibliographic metadata are maintained through the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. JIMS seeks to protect its publication records against accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, and technical disruption.
2. Digital Preservation
JIMS recognizes that online publication alone does not ensure long-term digital preservation. The journal aims to establish and maintain appropriate preservation arrangements, including secure backups and independent archival services, where available.
3. Access and Continuity
JIMS supports continued public access to published articles and their associated metadata in accordance with the journal's Open Access Policy and applicable licensing conditions.
4. Publication Record Integrity
The journal seeks to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record. Corrections, retractions, and other post-publication updates will be handled transparently in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics Policy.
5. Policy Implementation
The publisher, Integrasi Sains Media, is responsible for coordinating the journal's digital preservation arrangements. This policy will be reviewed as the journal's technical infrastructure and preservation capabilities develop.
