Data was collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis to describe the characteristics, behavior, and conditions of health workers at RSUD Karawang. Additionally, a literature review was conducted to obtain information about career development theory from reliable sources. The research results indicate that RSUD Karawang employs nurses with the highest level of education being a D3 in Nursing. Periodic performance assessments of nurses are conducted to evaluate their achievements and assist managers in making decisions regarding employee development. According to data from nurse midwives who are continuing their education, RSUD Karawang plans to add 42 medical personnel by 2024. Career development for health employees at RSUD Karawang has been shown to improve employee performance, productivity, and motivation. This research demonstrates that RSUD Karawang has the potential to improve the performance, productivity, and motivation of health workers through better career development initiatives. XYZ. Using a qualitative approach with survey methods, employees collected data to analyze the relationship between various motivational factors—specifically financial incentives, recognition, and the work environment—and their impact on productivity. The findings indicate a direct correlation between high levels of work motivation and increased labour productivity. Employees who reported higher satisfaction with financial incentives and recognition mechanisms exhibited greater productivity. This underscores the significance of these motivational factors in influencing employee performance within the company. Effective management strategies prioritizing enhancing employee motivation are crucial for achieving optimal performance and sustainable growth. Organizations like Chemical Company PT. XYZ can foster a more engaged workforce by understanding and addressing the factors that motivate employees, leading to improved productivity and overall organizational effectiveness. The study highlights the importance of creating a supportive work environment that values and rewards employees for their contributions. This boosts morale and encourages higher levels of commitment and dedication among employees, ultimately driving the company towards its strategic goals. In conclusion, the findings underscore the critical role of motivational factors such as financial incentives and recognition in enhancing workforce productivity at Chemical Company PT. XYZ. One notable change is the shift to digital-based Human Resources (HR) planning systems. Effective HR planning is crucial for supporting a company's sustainability through strategic recruitment. Regional companies can collaborate with employment departments to synergize efforts and produce competitive, skilled applicants. The Karawang Manpower Office exemplifies this by implementing an online recruitment system, enabling prospective workers to apply to companies digitally. This transition necessitates thorough preparation in adapting mechanisms, including media, human resources, and company protocols. Many companies in Karawang have begun adopting the E-Recruitment method via their websites. This research aims to: examine the implementation of online recruitment mechanisms in employee hiring and assess the effectiveness of the online recruitment methods facilitated by the Karawang Manpower Office in connecting companies with potential applicants. The study employs descriptive research with a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection and direct observation. Descriptive research addresses issues by depicting the conditions and realities during the research period. However, several challenges persist in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of these health examinations. This internship study adopts a descriptive method involving direct observation of activities. Findings reveal several pre-departure health examination issues among Hajj pilgrims, including delays due to inadequate understanding of information and insufficient facilities and medical staff at health centers. These constraints significantly affect healthcare quality, compounded by limited human resources allocated for vaccination registration by the Health Department. Sales are crucial for companies engaged in trade as they seek profits to sustain their operations, requiring meticulous service provision. The report employs a descriptive method. Findings conclude that the sales procedure at PT XYZ, Tbk (Karawang Plant) begins with Customer Orders, followed by verification by the marketing team and preparation of necessary documents such as Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Sales Invoices, and Billing Statements for payment processing. It continues with the customer's acknowledgment receipt, indicating receipt of goods and related documents.
