The era of digitalization has driven significant advancements, particularly in technological progress. One notable change is the shift to digital-based Human Resources (HR) planning systems. Effective HR planning is crucial for supporting a company's sustainability through strategic recruitment. Regional companies can collaborate with employment departments to synergize efforts and produce competitive, skilled applicants. The Karawang Manpower Office exemplifies this by implementing an online recruitment system, enabling prospective workers to apply to companies digitally. This transition necessitates thorough preparation in adapting mechanisms, including media, human resources, and company protocols. Many companies in Karawang have begun adopting the E-Recruitment method via their websites. This research aims to: examine the implementation of online recruitment mechanisms in employee hiring and assess the effectiveness of the online recruitment methods facilitated by the Karawang Manpower Office in connecting companies with potential applicants. The study employs descriptive research with a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection and direct observation. Descriptive research addresses issues by depicting the conditions and realities during the research period. This study provides insights into how digitalization enhances recruitment, ensuring a more efficient and effective system for companies and job seekers.
